What is Sam?
Sam is an on-demand marketplace platform for women navigating life’s most challenging events. With Sam, women have access to a growing list of nearly 300 unique products offered by over 75 Experts such as lawyers, grief counselors, career coaches and financial Experts to create their own personal village of care. From personal 1:1 sessions to a library of qualified content to live events, Sam is the one stop location for anything that life throws at you.
As a Sam Insider
You have the chance to inform the improvement of our products and services. Through your support, feedback, and collaboration, Sam will become the woman she’s meant to be. Or at least well on her way.
How it Works
What do I have to do as a Sam Insider?
Over the course of three months, we ask that you participate in providing monthly and specific feedback to the different product and service offerings on Sam.
Do I have to pay?
Yes and no. Your subscription to Sam is FREE in lieu of your minimum 3-month commitment to providing feedback. Additionally, Sam is offering YOUR FIRST SESSION FOR FREE. And when you purchase a second session, you will receive a 50% discount for your THIRD session. This applies to any session (Navigator or Expert) on Sam.
Don’t worry, the Experts will still be paid in full for their time during your one-free.
How much time do I have to spend?
We ask that our Insiders spend 1 hour/month exploring Sam and providing survey feedback. This does not include any of our your own booked sessions — all under 1 hour. Each month, there will be an optional Focus Group on Zoom that you can join.
What if I don’t have the time?
If you don’t have the time — please let us know asap so we can find someone else to replace you. You can still keep your free 3-month membership.
What happens after 3 months?
We hope that you continue to use the platform! Your subscription will continue to be free as you’d like.
We will still hold optional Focus Group sessions. We will never stop listening to women.
